Wexford is a community located in Perrysburg Township (just south of Toledo, Ohio). A total of 63 villas (not condos!) call Wexford home.
Located on the east end of Eckel Junction, south of US 20, Wexford provides easy access to shopping, eateries, and entertainment, while maintaining a quiet environment.
Perrysburg Township is one of nineteen (19) townships in Wood County, with a 2010 census of 12,512.
As mentioned above, our homes are not “condos”; instead, they are “villas”. Each homeowner owns their home and the property on which it resides.
The Wexford Homeowners Association is comprised of all homeowners in Wexford, and is dedicated to supporting a safe, well-kept, and attractive environment.

The Wexford Homeowners Association is committed to providing timely and accurate information to realtors, legal representatives, and financial institutions involved with the sale and/or purchase of a home in Wexford.
While we recognize the importance of the exchange of information, we also must protect the privacy of our homeowners. Therefore, we ask that the following guidelines be met:
- Requests for information must be sent via email to “treasurer@wexfordofperrysburg.com”, and must originate from a company email account.
- The Name of the person requesting the information must be included in the email.
- The Company Phone Number of the person requesting the information must be included in the email.
Upon receipt of the email, we will call the phone number to verify the Company, and then ask for the person requesting the information.
